Meet Your Course Lead: Prof. Ishi Srivastava

Ms. Ishi is an assistant professor at Atlas SkillTech University and a designer based in Mumbai.

She serves as the course leader for design research in the first year while also teaching design and fashion styling across various academic levels. Her experimental and exploratory approach has led her to design costumes for theatre, ad films, and music videos, in addition to styling and creating images featured in numerous magazines. Driven by a commitment to sustainability, Ishi has extensively researched sustainable practices and zero-waste design. This dedication inspired her to launch her zero-waste clothing brand, Emotive. Her focus is on creating eco-friendly garments that reflect her belief in reducing waste and narrating stories from culture in India.
